What is the return policy for gifts during the holiday season?
Merchandise bought as gifts during the holiday season will be accepted for return without the 15% restocking fee through January 31, 2012. All items must be in their original packaging and resalable condition. Regular return policy terms apply.
 
What is the Jetties Return Policy?
 
  1. All returns (refunds or exchanges) must be accompanied by the original receipt and may be returned to the in store Jetties location within 21 days from date of receipt.
  2. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition, except for manufacturer defects (all items must be shipped in a box, labels can't be attached to the original packaging).
  3. All merchandise returned after 21 days from the original date of receipt will receive a gift card for the current price and be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
  4. After 45 days, all merchandise returned will receive a gift card credit for current retail or lowest promotional price.
  5. If you believe there is a manufacturer’s defect in an item, please contact Customer Service.
  6. All skateboard,skimboard, sunglasses and surfboard related merchandise are final sale(This policy does not apply to item purchased during the holiday season).
  7. Refer to manufacturer warranty for all defective merchandise.
  8. All returns (refunds or exchanges) without a receipt will receive a gift card credit for current retail or lowest promotional price.

 
How are refunds given in the Jetties store?
 
  1. Refunds will be received in the original form of payment.
  2. ATM/Debit refunds will receive cash.
  3. Credit card refunds will be credited on to the original credit card (credit card & cardholder must be present).
  4. Gift card refunds greater than $10.00 will receive a gift card credit.

 
How do I return or exchange something that I purchased from Jettieswhb.com?
 

The fastest and easiest way to return or exchange is to bring the item and your purchase invoice to Jetties. If that isn’t convenient, you’re welcome to mail the item back to Jettieswhb.com.  If you’d like to ship your order back to Jettieswhb.com, please fill out the information below on the back of your invoice:

  1. Circle the item(s) you are returning or exchanging on the front side of the Invoice
  2. Choose a replacement or refund for item(s) by wirting the following on the Invoice
    • send exact replacement
    • send the same item in this_____ size
    • credit my charged card (Choose this if you are returning)

Once we receive your item(s) we will process your request for an exchange or return. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive the package for processing. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchanged item(s) has been shipped or return has been processed. Credit/debit card refunds can take 3 to 5 business days to reflect on your statement.
